Hamilton’s offense continued to roll in the 2nd, as Navrin Mutter (5) and Isaac Nurse (16) gave the Black and Gold a 5-0 lead after 40-minutes.
Bulldogs goalie Zachary Roy picked up his 20th win of the season as his bid for a shut-out ended at 7:05 of the 3rd period, but the Bulldogs got that one back late on the power-play as Navrin Mutter (6) got his second of the night with Arthur Kaliyev recording his second assist on the night for his 100th point of the season.
The Bulldogs out-shot the Steelheads 36-23.
With the win, Hamilton takes the regular season series over the Steelheads 5-games-to-1 and now has an 11-1 record over Mississauga the last two seasons.
