JAN JENIK SIGNS WITH ARIZONA

Bulldogs forward Jan Jenik has signed a 3-year entry level contract with the Arizona Coyotes.

Jenik was a 3rd round (65th overall) pick by the Arizona Coyotes in the 2018 NHL Draft and played for the Czech Republic at the 2019 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship.

Jenik was originally a 1st round (6thoverall) pick in the 2018 CHL Import Draft by the Flint Firebirds and was acquired by the Bulldogs in January 2019  for a 5th round draft pick in 2020 and a conditional 4th round pick in 2024.

Jenik played 27 regular season game for the Bulldogs and scored 13 goals and added 17 assists for 30 points while adding 1 assist in the playoffs before getting hurt in Game 2 against Ottawa.
