Bulldogs’ Entwistle is Selected by the Arizona Coyotes in the 3rd Round of the NHL Entry Draft

MacKenzie Entwistle is the newest member of the Arizona Coyotes after being selected 69th Overall. Entwistle posted Career numbers in the OHL after finishing the Regular Season with 12 goals and 13 assists, for a total of 25 points in 54 games played. He added a goal plus an assist in the Playoffs, when the Bulldogs took on the Kingston Frontenacs in the First Round of the 2017 OHL playoffs. Entwistle’s ranking by the NHL’s Central Scouting matched his jersey number, as he was ranked 44th among all Draft Eligible North American Skaters.

Entwistle was a standout in both events. He potted a goal and an assist in the CHL’s Top Prospects Game, in order to help Team Cherry pull off a 7-5 victory over Team Orr. Entwistle also lead Team Canada in scoring at the U18’s, registering 4 goals and 3 assists for a total of 7 points in 5 games.
